Designed by legend architect Rem Koolhaas, The centerpiece to a brand new metropolis scheduled for construction in Dubai has a strikingly similar stance to the fabled and feared Death Star from Star Wars. The city will be modeled after New York City and will be located right by the man made Palm Island. The new Death Star will be 44 stories high and located at the harbors edge which i can imagine will be breathtaking. Big ups to the Oil Czars for being madmen with construction out there. Lucas must be shedding a tear in joy.
